The Regulation on Actuaries, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 15/08/2007 and numbered 26614 and entered into force on 01/01/2008, stipulates that the Level I, Level II, and Level III examinations shall be administered at least once within a calendar year. Within this framework, the Level I actuarial examinations will be held in Ankara and Istanbul, while the Level II, Level III, and Level IV examinations will be conducted exclusively in Istanbul.

Applicants who are currently enrolled in a higher education institution, either domestically or abroad, for the purpose of obtaining a bachelor’s degree, or who have graduated from such institutions and obtained a bachelor’s degree, may apply for the Level I, Level II, and Level III examinations. In order for the examination results to be deemed valid, candidates who have completed their education abroad will be required to submit a certificate of equivalency obtained from the Council of Higher Education. Applications for the Level IV examinations may be submitted by individuals who have obtained the title of actuary through internationally recognized examinations or procedures.
